Refund policy

We strive to provide healthy plants and a fair purchasing experience. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

 

Cancellations

  • All sales are final, especially auctions.
  • If a cancellation request is made before a shipping label is created, we may approve it with a 20–25% restocking fee (50% for auctions).
  • Once a shipping label has been created, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

 

Refunds & Returns

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns may be considered only if:
    • Clear photos or an unboxing video are provided within 3 hours of delivery.
    • Plants are shipped back within 4 days of receipt in the same condition they arrived.
    • The buyer provides box dimensions and photos of repackaging for the return label.
  • Refunds for approved returns are issued once the plant is received and inspected.
  • Cosmetic shipping stress (bent stems, yellowing, minor leaf loss, or bruising) is not grounds for refund.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee Refunds 

  • Guarantee applies only if:
    • Order is shipped with priority or faster shipping.
    • Weather protection is purchased.
    • Package is received on the first delivery attempt or picked up the same day from the carrier facility.
  • Claims must include:
    • Clear photos of the unopened box, packaging, and plants within 3 hours of delivery.
    • An unboxing video is required.
  • Tropicals: Cosmetic shipping stress (bent stems, bruising, yellowing, broken leaves) is not covered.
  • Cactus: Cosmetic blemishes (spines breaking, minor bruising, yellowing) are considered normal travel wear and not covered.
  • Blooms are not guaranteed to survive shipping.
  • If a plant is confirmed dead on arrival, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
  • If a plant is missing from your order, we will include it in your next shipment after proof is provided.
