Shipping policy

We ship live plants with care and attention to ensure they arrive healthy. 

 

When We Ship

• Orders placed Friday–Thursday get combined and shipping begins the following Monday.
  
• Orders may be delayed during extreme heat/cold to protect plants. Customers will be notified of any holds.

 

Weather Packaging

• Heat packs, insulation, or ice packs are available for purchase.
  
• If temperatures are below 32°F or above 99°F, weather packaging and upgraded shipping are required for the Live Arrival Guarantee.
  
• If you choose to ship without these protections, you assume full risk and Live Arrival Guarantee is void.

 

How We Ship

• Tropicals: Are shipped in pot unless otherwise noted.
• Cactus: Shipped bare root unless otherwise noted.
• Cacti can be shipped bareroot more safely than tropicals, but protective wrapping is still used.
• Multiple orders placed before a shipping label is created will be combined whenever possible, with shipping overages refunded.
• Standard method: USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day Air (upgrades available).

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to these terms. Please prepare to receive your plants promptly upon delivery.
