All orders in the same week (Fri-Thurs) get combined & we refund shipping overages.

Shipping begins the following Monday.

Tropicals: Are shipped in pot unless otherwise noted.

Cactus: Shipped bare root unless otherwise noted.

Cacti can be shipped bare root more safely than tropicals, but protective wrapping is still used.

Weather protection:

Heat packs are required for temps at or below 55°F

Cryo packs are required for temps at or above 95°F

Insulation is required at or below 45°F

To claim: send us clear pics of the box, packing, and plant within 3 hours of delivery. Unboxing videos are required 📸🎥

Not covered: broken or bent leaves, spines, minor bruising, color fade, or stress. That’s normal travel wear ✈️🌿
